I thought I'd go ahead and list the trail days for the next few weeks.

Sunday, Nov 21, 9:00 Warrior Creek gate - Minor bridge work and some drainage fixes. Maybe a little rock work.

Sunday, Nov 28, 9:00 location to be announced. Probably a little trail maintenance on Warrior Creek or OVT.

Saturday, Dec 11, 9:00 Warrior Creek gate. Reroute dip between Rock Gardens.

Sunday, Dec 19, 9:00 lacation to be announced.

Future plans:

After a little maintenance we hope to reroute the logging road at Warrior Creek. It's beginning to wash out towards the bottom. This will give us better flowing trail, a better intersection for the Warrior Creek loop and the OVT, as well as make it more sustainable.

After this is finished we will begin construction of the Headwaters loop. This section will be a lot more technical than the other trails around the lake. It will have several rocky sections and some tight, twisty, steep sections. While there will be quite a bit of machine work on this trail several areas will need to be hand built.

We usually try to get a ride in after working. We'll work until about 1:00 on each of these days.

Please come out and join in the fun.
