Restrooms and hot showers will be available at the start/finish, courtesy of the YMCA Express.Four rest stops will be provided, staffed by BMCC and volunteers from the Wilkes Friends of the Library organization.RAW support includes rest stops, SAG patrols and a post-ride meal. All riders participating in the RAW are required to wear ANSI/Snell approved bicycle helmets and observe all applicable traffic laws, including traffic signals. The RAW is not a race, and the course will be open to motor vehicles. North Wilkesboro police and the State Highway Patrol will pace the mass start.
